COMPANY CERTIFICATIONS
ISO9001
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems that outlines requirements for organizations to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve their processes and products to meet customer needs and expectations
ISO14001
ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized environmental management system (EMS) standard that provides a framework for organizations to systematically manage and improve their environmental performance. It helps businesses identify, prioritize, and address environmental risks and opportunities, promoting sustainability and responsible environmental practices.
BSCI
The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), is focused on improving labor conditions in global supply chains. It provides a framework and guidelines for companies to ensure social responsibility, emphasizing safe working conditions, fair wages, the right to unionize, and the prohibition of child and forced labor. By participating in BSCI, Concordia supports their suppliers in enhancing social compliance and promoting fair and sustainable practices. The initiative aims to positively impact the lives of workers worldwide.
GRS
Products certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) contain recycled content that has been (independently) verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the source to the final product. In addition, social, environmental, and chemical criteria related to processing are required.

GOTS
The GOTS certification ensures that every step of the textile production process, from harvesting the raw materials to the finished product, meets strict environmental and social criteria. This includes prohibiting the use of toxic chemicals, ensuring fair labor practices, and promoting sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
Applicable for Bedding Products.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
This certification evaluates the safety and environmental performance of textile products. It ensures that the products are free of harmful chemicals and meet specific standards for human ecology.
Bluesign
This certification focuses on the sustainable production of textiles. It evaluates the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, to ensure that the process is environmentally responsible and socially sustainable. This can be requested for Fashion & Performance fabrics.
OCS Organic Blended
The Organic Content Standard OCS verifies (the percentage of) organically grown content and tracks it from source to final product. Products certified to the organic Content Standard OCS contain organically grown content that has been verified at each stage of the supply chain. Products certified to the Organic Content Standard Blended (0CS Blended) contain between 5-94% certified organically grown content.
Applicable for Bedding Products.
OCS Organic 100
The Organic Content Standard OCS verifies (the percentage of) organically grown content and tracks it from source to final product. Products certified to the organic Content Standard OCS contain organically grown content that has been verified at each stage of the supply chain.Products certified to the Organic Content Standard 100 (0CS 100) contain at least 95% certified organically grown content.

BCI
BCI, or the Better Cotton Initiative, is a global organization aimed at making cotton production more sustainable from farmer to finished product. It promotes equal rights for farmers and workers, combats child labor, and prevents environmental degradation. This way, BCI contributes to a more sustainable cotton industry and enables consumers to make responsible choices.
